Every job starts the same way: a free roof inspection with a photo report, so you know exactly what's up there before anyone quotes you anything.
Why inspection-first
Because you can't see your own roof — and too many operators trade on that
Roofing is the one trade where the customer almost never sees the problem with their own eyes. That information gap is exactly where the worst of the industry lives: the knock-on-the-door "your ridge capping is about to come off" merchants, the quote-over-the-phone operators, the full-restoration pitch for a roof that needed three tiles and a tube of pointing.
We run the opposite model. Nothing gets quoted until someone has physically inspected the roof and documented it with photos. You get the photo report whether or not you go ahead with us — cracked tiles, slipped tiles, failed pointing, rust, lifted flashings, all shown and located. Then you get options in writing, starting with the cheapest fix that actually solves the problem.
It's a slower way to win work than quoting sight-unseen, and we lose the occasional job to whoever answers first with a number. We're fine with that. Brisbane's storm seasons are hard enough on roofs without the repair industry being hard on homeowners too.

Free inspection, photo report included
Every quote starts with an actual inspection of your actual roof, documented in photos you keep. We don't quote from the street, from satellite imagery, or over the phone. If we can't get up there safely, we say so and work out access first.
The cheapest fix that genuinely works
If three cracked tiles and fresh pointing solve the leak, that's the quote — not a full restoration. If the roof is honestly past economic repair, we'll show you the photos that prove it and explain why. Either way, the recommendation matches the evidence.
Licensed, insured, and in writing
QBCC-licensed and fully insured, with a workmanship warranty put in writing on every job. Verbal promises don't survive Brisbane storm season; paperwork does.
Documentation that works for insurance
After hail or storm damage, the photo report doubles as claim evidence: dated photos of the damage, an itemised scope, and a written quote your insurer can assess. Make-safe work is documented the same way so nothing is argued about later.

Free roof inspection
We get up on the roof (or use elevated access where it's not safe to walk) and inspect the lot — tiles or sheets, ridge capping, valleys, flashings, gutters, penetrations. No charge, no obligation.
Photo report
You get a photo report showing exactly what we found and where. You see what we see — no vague talk about problems you can't verify from the ground.
Options and a written quote
We lay out your options — repair, repoint, restore, or replace — with a written price for each sensible path. We recommend the cheapest option that genuinely fixes the problem.
The work
Once you approve a quote, we do the work as scoped. If we uncover something unexpected once we're into it, we stop, show you photos, and re-quote in writing before continuing.
Final walkthrough
We walk you through what was done, with after photos, leave the site clean, and put the workmanship warranty in writing.
